Qualifications

Basic

• • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• • At least 4+years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• • At least 4 years of experience in Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring skills.
• • At least 4 years of experience in web programming using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS in application development, maintenance and testing.
• • Knowledge of languages like Perl Scripting , JQuery, ASP, AJAX , FLASH etc. would be an added advantage
• • At least 3 year of Web 2.0 tools for development and testing
• • Knowledge of integration with databases like MySQL, Oracle, DB2.
• • Knowledge on development and source control tools such as Maven and GIT.
• • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. Prior work experience in Agile methodology desirable.
• • Strong Analytical skills
• • At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.
• • Excellent written & verbal communication
• • Experience working with offshore/onshore resources
• • Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• • Domain knowledge of Brokerage/Banking/Financial Services
