Qualifications

• Basic:


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

• Preferred:


• At least 2 years of experience in Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring skills.


• At least 2 years of experience in web programming using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS in application development, maintenance and testing.


• Knowledge of languages like Perl Scripting, JQuery, ASP, AJAX, FLASH etc. would be an added advantage.


• Demonstrated usage of Web 2.0 tools for development and testing.


• Knowledge of integration with databases like MySQL, Oracle, DB2.


• Knowledge on development and source control tools such as Maven and GIT.


• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle. Prior work experience in Agile methodology desirable.


• Strong Analytical skills.


• At least 2 years experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.


• Excellent written & verbal communication.


• Experience working with offshore/onshore resources.


• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.


• Domain knowledge of Brokerage/Banking/Financial Services.
