Job description

Technical Analyst – Integration & Marketplace Services
Position Summary

The Integration Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party integration requests - from initial intake through technical vetting, approval, development coordination, launch, and ongoing operational support. Third parties integrate with the organization through its public API and enterprise iPaaS platform, and this role serves as the primary point of coordination between those external partners and internal technical teams.

The successful candidate will be a skilled facilitator and coordinator with enough technical fluency to understand integration requirements, engage credibly with engineers and architects, and translate between business and technical audiences. They will pull in the right technical personnel at the right time - for reviews, feasibility analysis, security assessments, and development - and ensure each integration moves through the process efficiently and lands in production in a healthy, supportable state.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys orchestrating work across multiple teams, building repeatable processes, and being the person everyone trusts to keep integrations moving and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Request Intake & Facilitation
  • Serve as the front door for new integration requests from third-party vendors and partners seeking to integrate via the public API or iPaaS.
  • Gather and document the business context, use case, data needs, and technical scope of each request.
  • Qualify requests for completeness and readiness before engaging internal technical resources.
  • Maintain a transparent pipeline of integration requests, including status, priority, and next steps.
  • Set expectations with requesting partners on process, timelines, and requirements.
Technical Vetting Coordination
  • Coordinate the evaluation of integration and development requests by engaging the appropriate technical personnel (engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure) for reviews and feasibility analysis.
  • Schedule and facilitate technical review sessions; capture findings, risks, open questions, and decisions.
  • Ensure vetting covers security, compliance, data governance, and operational supportability requirements.
  • Consolidate technical input into clear recommendations to support approval or rejection decisions.
  • Communicate outcomes and any required changes back to requesting vendors and partners.
Development & Delivery Coordination
  • Coordinate the development process for approved integrations across internal teams and external vendor teams.
  • Develop and track delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and blockers; elevate risks early.
  • Pull in technical resources as needed for design reviews, code/configuration reviews, and testing support.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, certification, and user acceptance activities prior to release.
  • Manage release readiness and go-live coordination, including cutover planning and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure documentation (integration specifications, runbooks, support procedures) is completed before launch.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and partners throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Guide partners through onboarding, technical requirements, and certification processes.
  • Coordinate support requests, issue resolution, and escalations between partners and internal teams.
  • Track partner engagement, delivery performance, and adherence to integration standards.
Integration Operations & Health
  • Monitor the health, performance, and reliability of production integrations; ensure issues are detected and addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate incident response for integration failures, pulling in engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business stakeholders as needed.
  • Track recurring issues, coordinate root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions to completion.
  • Report on integration health, delivery throughput, and operational metrics to leadership.
  • Identify and drive process improvements that reduce manual effort, recurring issues, and time-to-launch for new integrations.
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical coordination, business/technical analysis, technical program or project coordination, or integration delivery roles.
  • Experience coordinating work across software engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating integrations involving APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
  • Experience managing external partner or vendor relationships in a technical context.
  • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and communicating technical and business requirements.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns - enough to understand requests, ask the right questions, and engage credibly with engineers.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Prismatic, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps) and API management concepts.
  • Familiarity with authentication and identity concepts (OAuth, SSO, API keys) and data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple concurrent integration efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong documentation habits - process documentation, meeting outcomes, decisions, and status reporting.
  • Structured problem-solving and issue-triage skills; comfortable coordinating troubleshooting without being the hands-on fixer.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with a public API program, developer portal, or integration marketplace / partner ecosystem.
  • Experience with project or work management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with API documentation and testing tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI).
  • Experience with SaaS application integrations.
  • Basic SQL or data analysis skills for reporting and issue investigation.
  • Construction software industry experience.
