Job summary

Foundation Software in Strongsville, Ohio is seeking aTechnical Analyst – Integration & Marketplace Services to manage end-to-end integration requests from intake through production. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and vendor teams to vet, plan, and deliver integrations via public APIs and iPaaS platforms.

You will drive requirements, coordinate reviews, ensure security and compliance, and oversee release readiness while maintaining clear communication with partner organizations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical coordination or integration delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional software teams and external partners.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, or iPaaS.
• Strong ability to document requirements and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front door for new integration requests via the public API or iPaaS.
• Gather business context, use case, data needs, and technical scope of each request.
• Coordinate technical reviews and feasibility analyses with engineering, security, and architecture.
• Track delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and blockers; escalate risks.
• Coordinate testing, validation, certification, and go-live activities.
• Document integration specifications, runbooks, and support procedures before launch.
