Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field and 3–5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations.
• Experience with SQL queries and data analysis tools.
• Solid knowledge of banking and payments industry and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Write business requirements and document customer needs for simple to moderately complex projects.
• Analyze, design, plan, test, and deploy systems software and programs; define problem functions and design requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support for complex applications systems and develop test plans.
• Train user personnel on new or modified systems and prepare training materials.
• Document reports and interface with service providers as needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of data flows, system integrations, and IT governance fundamentals.
