Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Technical Analyst I to support Systematics Savings Time and IMPACS deposit applications in Tulsa. You will work with business partners to translate needs into technical solutions, write SQL queries, and build Power BI reports that drive operational insights.

You will analyze data, troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and contribute to reporting accuracy and efficiency across core deposit products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field and 1–3 years in technical analysis or data analytics.
• Experience with deposit systems and core banking apps preferred.
• Proficient in SQL scripting and Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for core deposit applications.
• Analyze requirements, troubleshoot incidents, and develop data reports.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL queries to drive insights.
• Support releases, patches, and disaster recovery exercises.
