Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst IV to lead complex technology initiatives within Wealth Management Services. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver critical applications and data solutions.

The role requires hands-on design, integration, testing, deployment, and disaster recovery planning, with a focus on security, scalability, and operational resilience across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Application Development, Data Analytics, Bank Operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support highly complex, mission-critical applications and platforms.
• Design, develop, and support integrations, APIs, batch processes, real-time interfaces, stored procedures, and automation solutions.
• Create and optimize enterprise job scheduling activities and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain data flow documentation, data mapping, conversion mapping, and integration specifications.
• Lead systems analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, deployment, configuration management, and disaster recovery planning for critical systems.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Mentor analysts and guidance to team members; maintain technical documentation.
