The Technical Analyst IV serves as a senior technical expert and strategic partner between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, driving the successful delivery of complex technology solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for leading the analysis, design, integration, implementation, and support of critical applications, infrastructure, and data management solutions that directly impact organizational success.
As a highly technical individual contributor, the Technical Analyst IV combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to solve complex challenges, architect integration solutions, and advance the organization's long-term technology roadmap. This position requires a self-starting who can operate independently, take initiative, and lead through influence while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership.
The Technical Analyst IV is expected to manage highly visible projects with enterprise-wide impact, provide expert-level support for mission-critical systems, and serve as a trusted advisor in evaluating and implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, security, and operational resilience.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 5-7 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Application Development, Data Analytics, Bank Operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
