Job summary

Modern IT in La Verne, CA is seeking a Technical Alignment Manager. You will schedule technology reviews, inspect networks, servers, endpoints, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments against standards, record evidence, gaps, and deliver clear recommendations with next steps.

This full-time, on-site role involves client visits within 30 miles, 8am–5pm Pacific, weekend on-call rotation, and opportunities to contribute to standards, documentation, and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience in an MSP or equivalent environment.
• Experience reviewing real environments against defined standards and documenting gaps.
• Strong technical writing and organization.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technology reviews and inspect client environments against approved standards.
• Record evidence, gaps, and verifications; complete scorecards and checklists.
• Provide concise written deliverables and client debriefs with owners and next steps.
• Explain business impact and priority of material gaps; route work as needed.
