KBR Consulting is a growing organization which provides a wide variety of services across the energy sector with focus on the upstream, downstream, petrochemical and energy transition markets. Activities include feasibility studies, technology evaluation, performance improvement and strategy development.

KBR is looking for a Technical Advisor – Process. This role functions as a technical specialist where the candidate will be expected to independently carry our process simulations, calculations, supervise drawing development and prepare reports. The role requires providing technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead or support process engineering work for front end studies and feasibility assessments

  • Sizing of equipment and piping

  • Interact with clients and other disciplines to implement process designs

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

  • Process engineer with ten (10+) years of experience in oil and gas, refining, or petrochemicals industries.

  • Strong writing skills, presentational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Education & Skills:

  • Masters' degree
