As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, focusing on risk management, process improvement, and innovation. You will oversee teams, maintain client billing, lead delivery streams, and manage projects, with possible travel based on client needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Drive process and solution innovation.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Experience in SAP project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, testing, and documentation.
• Strong client service, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Understanding of system development lifecycle and business architecture frameworks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of SAP ERP experience, with at least three full implementation cycles focusing on SAP Finance modules.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SAP FICO modules and related practices.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience and SAP certifications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple implementations.
