• Overall 8+ yrs of experience
• Hands-on Knowledge of ACI Money Transfer System
• 5+ plus years of payment domain experience
• Expertise in client issue resolution and management
• Knowledge of Account based payment systems such as ACH, Wires , Swift and Real-time Payments
• Knowledge of NACHA , Swift MT/MX file and message formats
