WMT&R is currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented Technical Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Latrobe/Youngstown, PA area.
This position plays an important role in supporting our engineers, laboratory teams, and customers throughout the testing process. The Technical Administrative Assistant helps ensure that customer samples, documentation, and job packets are accurately organized, tracked, and directed to the appropriate areas throughout our facility.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our engineers and technical staff while gaining exposure to the materials testing industry. You will assist with the creation of customer certifications, maintain documentation to ensure the traceability of each order, update workflow information, and help make sure samples get where they need to go throughout the testing process. Depending on department needs, you may also assist with hands-on sample preparation and other operational tasks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekends as needed
