Qualifications

• 5-7+ years’ relevant corporate experience or experience in public accounting.
• Progress towards or completion of CPA designation preferred.
• Experience with software implementation or automation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as process manager for purchase price allocation processes.
• Perform ASC 842 technical accounting conclusions.
• Assist in the quarterly impairment analysis process.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of GAAP financial statements.
• Help coordinate compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
