Job summary

The Intersect Group is partnering with a dynamic organization to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager in Dallas, TX. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP, disclosures, and internal control enhancements.

You will lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual statements, collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, legal, and auditors, and drive reporting improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and disclosure requirements.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and audit support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate external audit requests and provide schedules and analyses.
• Support internal controls over financial reporting and cross-functional collaborations.
