Job summary

A leading corporate finance team in Chester County seeks a hands-on Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to oversee financial statement preparations and mentor junior staff. The role involves direct collaboration with the CFO, managing SEC filings, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting and preferably a CPA, with 3+ years in public accounting or 4–6 years in corporate financial reporting. Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience supporting SEC-registered clients or 4–6 years in corporate financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K).
• Research and document complex accounting matters including revenue recognition.
• Oversee financial statement preparation and supporting schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison to external auditors.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting team members.
