Standard Solar is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to lead the evaluation, documentation, and implementation of complex accounting policies and new standards. This role will serve as the subject matter expert on U.S.

GAAP, SOX and IFRS, supporting the Controller and CFO in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting, particularly in areas unique to the solar industry. The role collaborates with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Treasury on accounting implications of new business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s or MBA a plus.
• CPA required.
• 6+ years in technical accounting, preferably with Big 4 or public company experience.
• Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or capital-intensive regulated industries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evaluation, documentation, and implementation of complex accounting policies and new standards.
• Serve as subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP, SOX and IFRS.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, Treasury and auditors on accounting matters.
• Support SOX controls, quarterly disclosures, and audit requests.
• Develop and maintain internal accounting policies and controls.
