Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Manager, Technical Accounting to join our Technical Accounting team in Santa Clara, CA. This high-visibility role involves researching and documenting complex technical accounting matters, supporting M&A activity, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development.

You will lead the preparation of technical memos, monitor GAAP pronouncements, and coordinate SEC disclosures, while guiding junior staff and driving process improvements across global accounting

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• Big Four/public company technical accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and document technical accounting memos with GAAP guidance.
• Assist in purchase accounting for M&A activities and due diligence.
• Prepare SEC disclosures and assist with SEC reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Corporate Development and external auditors.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and support cross-functional initiatives.
