Job summary

Enact Holdings, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Technical Accounting Senior Manager. You will report to the Director of Financial Reporting in the Controllership team and provide technical accounting leadership across U.S. GAAP, SAP and global regimes, focusing on credit-related insurance and reinsurance activities.

You will guide complex analyses, craft memos, support audits, and drive process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Raleigh environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to apply guidance to complex transactions.
• Ability to document technical accounting conclusions clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
• CPA certification required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting research for complex transactions under U.S. GAAP, SAP and other standards.
• Evaluate accounting implications of credit-related reinsurance and insurance transactions.
• Assist with statutory and GAAP financial reporting deliverables and disclosures.
• Maintain and enhance accounting policies, processes, and controls.
