The successful candidate will support SOX compliance, collaborate with global Finance teams, and drive standards in consolidations and reporting across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active U.S. CPA license is required.
• Big 4 public accounting experience is required.
• SAP experience is required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings.
• Strong experience with technical accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks.
• Experience with financial consolidations, reconciliations, and complex reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting and financial reporting activities across a complex global organization.
• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP and IFRS guidance to complex accounting matters.
• Prepare and review technical accounting analyses, position papers, and supporting documentation.
• Support implementation of new accounting standards and changes in reporting requirements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting processes.
• Oversee financial consolidations, account reconciliations, and complex reporting activities.
• Review financial results and accounting data to identify discrepancies, trends, and required adjustments; maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
