Job summary

The role includes coordinating external audits, supervising staff, preparing consolidated financials and disclosures, and handling derivative/hedge accounting, with potential international consolidation.

Qualifications

• Public accounting experience from a large national CPA firm.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement consolidation experience.
• Stock-based compensation accounting and due diligence experience.
• ASC 606 revenue accounting emphasis; familiarity with % of completion.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; strong Excel and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage financial reporting and GL accounting.
• Oversee equity accounting for stock options, preferred stock, warrants.
• Support external audits and internal controls.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Supervise accounting staff and perform complex accounting research.
