The position partners with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Engineering, IT, Operations, and external auditors to develop well-supported accounting conclusions and reliable reporting across the organization.

The role also requires clear written communication of technical topics and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
4+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to document complex accounting matters.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of external financial statements and disclosures under U.S. GAAP.
Coordinate reporting timelines and prepare supporting documentation and workpapers.
Assist with structured reporting and respond to auditors and internal stakeholders.
Research complex accounting matters and prepare clear technical analyses.
Review contracts for recognition, measurement, classification, and disclosures.
Support statutory reporting for international entities.
Monitor new accounting guidance and assess impact on business activities.
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate accounting policies and processes.
Participate in special projects and other technical accounting initiatives.
