Job summary

Indeed is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP. You will help develop accounting policy, provide guidance on complex issues, and implement best practices across Finance and FP&A with senior leadership support.

This role focuses on revenue under ASC 606/IFRS 15, leases, stock-based compensation, and derivatives, with potential mentorship opportunities for junior staff. Strong collaboration and rigorous analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires IFRS and US GAAP knowledge with accounting memos experience.
• Experience developing accounting policies and procedures.
• Ability to research complex accounting issues and propose positions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting policies under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Research and interpret guidance on complex accounting issues and transactions.
• Serve as subject matter expert for ASC 606/IFRS 15 and revenue recognition.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to assess accounting implications of initiatives.
• Mentor and train Global Accounting and Finance teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify process improvements.
• Support due diligence, valuation, and purchase accounting for M&A.
