Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to drive technical accounting compliance across divisions and Corporate functions in the United States. You will stay current with new standards, assist with policy updates, and support SEC filings and audit committees.

The role requires CPA and 5+ years of related experience, with strong US GAAP knowledge and the ability to liaise with external auditors and internal control teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to research and interpret technical areas of US GAAP.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Research accounting policy questions and provide guidance to divisions and Corporate functions.
• Monitor standards setting and implement new accounting requirements.
• Update PepsiCo policies and maintain policy website.
• Prepare Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings with the SEC.
• Prepare footnotes and supporting work-papers including fluctuation analyses.
• Coordinate with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Manage internal representation letters in Workiva with divisions.
• Assist in reviewing CA Rs and advising/documenting appropriate accounting treatment.
• Prepare November Audit Committee materials.
