Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Control & Reporting Analyst (Accountant) to provide operational and analytical support across finance processes, ensuring smooth month-end close and reporting cycles. You will work across Intercompany, Reporting, Fixed Assets, Payroll Allocations, and General Ledger as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of quick learning, with experience in US GAAP, SOX controls, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (Required).
• Experience in accounting US GAAP, control environment and SOX compliance.
• 1–2 years of financial statement preparation and reporting in a large multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validations, reconciliations, and checks for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end close activities: journal entries, uploads, schedules, variance explanations.
• Support Intercompany processes: reviews, reconciliations, and follow-ups with markets.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and analyses for management.
• Document processes and update SOPs when ownership changes.
• Collaborate with countries to resolve items and meet deadlines.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement to optimize workflows.
