Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee external reporting, including Form 10-K/10-Q, disclosures, and MD&A. You will coordinate with Investor Relations, Legal, and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely financial communications.

Leading a team of reporting professionals, you’ll influence accounting standards discussions, review regulatory impacts, and drive best practices across PepsiCo’s reporting framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/SEC reporting experience.
• Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting; IT literate with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of Form 10-K and 10-Q and external disclosures.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Legal, and external advisors.
• Oversee MD&A work and quarterly disclosure materials.
• Provide strategic discussions with senior management on complex matters.
