Responsibilities

• Independently execute complex tasks and initiatives in the Control and Reporting area.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to inform budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Advise management on financial strategy and risk assessments with regulatory compliance.
• Communicate performance findings and identify control weaknesses and optimization opportunities.
• Review financial performance metrics and identify trends and variances for decisions.
• Mentor associates on financial reporting processes and compliance standards.
• Contribute to implementing area processes aligning with business strategy in a matrix organization.
