PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a senior accounting professional to manage quarterly closes for PBNA, ensure policy compliance, and review M&A transactions. The role covers impairment analyses, government reporting, and SOX compliance, with a hybrid setup based in Purchase, NY or Plano, TX.

You will coordinate with FP&A, external auditors, and leadership to deliver accurate financial reporting and strategic guidance, with a focus on technical accounting excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 10+ years experience in accounting or related experience
• 4+ years of management experience
• S/4 Hana and HFM experience required
• Experience dealing with technical accounting issues such as revenue recognition, hedge accounting, valuation/impairment analysis
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Research and interpret technical accounting guidance for PBNA Control team and business partners
• Ensure guidance aligns with PepsiCo policies and US GAAP
• Collaborate with Corporate on new standards and assess impact on financial statements
• Perform annual impairment analyses for goodwill and PBNA intangibles
• Coordinate with FP&A and external advisors for valuation work
• Liaise with external auditors on audits and technical matters
• Support M&A and integration activities within PBNA
• Lead coordination of quarterly rep letter, SAB 108 items, pre/post close prep, and annual impairment reviews
• Prepare and review Audit Committee materials and other deliverables to Corporate Control
• Handle ad-hoc projects and cross-team support
