Qualifikationen

• Licensed CPA or in pursuit of CPA.
• Intermediate knowledge of US GAAP.
• Ability to research and interpret technical accounting guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted technical accounting advisor on policy matters across the organization.
• Review contracts and prepare accounting memos; interact with corporate, brands, and external auditors.
• Monitor and adopt new accounting standards and regulations; analyze impacts and global implementations.
• Oversee quarterly procedures with external reports (10-K, 10-Q, UK reports, earnings releases) and prepare supporting schedules.
• Communicate with brands to recommend improvements and address policy issues at VP/director level.
• Create and maintain internal global accounting policies to drive consistency across brands.
• Lead special projects including process improvements through automation and AI.
