Carnival Corporation & plc seeks a skilled technical accounting professional to act as a trusted advisor on accounting policies and SEC compliance across corporate and brand teams. You will oversee IFRS/US GAAP, prepare memos, and support external reporting cycles.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA (or in progress) with 5+ years of Big4 or large SEC experience and strong MS Office skills. In-office/Hybrid role based in South Florida with baseline travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA or in pursuit of CPA.
• Intermediate knowledge of US GAAP.
• Ability to research and interpret technical accounting guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted technical accounting advisor on policy matters across the organization.
• Coordinate quarterly procedures for external reports (10‑K, 10‑Q, UK reports, earnings releases).
• Oversee global accounting policies and provide improvement recommendations to brands and corporate.
• Create and maintain internal global accounting policies for consistency across brands.
• Lead special projects, including automation and AI initiatives.
