Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to oversee the preparation and filing of 10-K/10-Q/8-K and other external disclosures for the company and its brands from South Florida. You will coordinate inputs across Corporate and cruise brands, manage calendars and senior accountants, and drive accuracy, timeliness and internal controls.

• Broad responsibility for external financial reporting and disclosure across Carnival Corporation’s global brands.
• Interpret and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements; analyze new accounting standards.
• Lead, coach and develop senior accountants; coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review and filing of Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K and annual reports.
• Manage reporting calendar and workload of senior accountants; drive timely resolution.
• Improve processes and controls using Workiva, automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate with external auditors and executive leadership on financial reporting matters.
