Compulse (Now Digital Remedy) is seeking an experienced Technical Account Specialist to manage the Sinclair, Inc. account. In this role, you will establish and maintain the technical relationship with clients and oversee their growth within the Compulse platform.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles. You will be required to work collaboratively across various teams to address technical needs and provide strategic support.
The position offers a salary of $82,400 to $103,000 and full benefits including retirement, health insurance, and generous paid leave.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Account Specialist to manage our Sinclair, Inc. key digital account business. You will own the technical relationship with our clients and play a key role in ensuring clients grow within the Compulse platform and get the most value from our services. This candidate needs to be able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Engineering and Operations. This position reports into the Assistant Vice-President, Customer Service Operations.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $82,400 to $103,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
