Compulse (Now Digital Remedy) is seeking an experienced Technical Account Specialist to manage the Sinclair, Inc. account. In this role, you will establish and maintain the technical relationship with clients and oversee their growth within the Compulse platform.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles. You will be required to work collaboratively across various teams to address technical needs and provide strategic support.

The position offers a salary of $82,400 to $103,000 and full benefits including retirement, health insurance, and generous paid leave.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with a DSP and familiarity setting up deals in a DSP.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role.
• Experience collaborating across teams both domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert on key accounts utilizing various Programmatic Demand Side Platforms.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Interpret analytics to monitor campaign performance and report metrics.
