Qualifications

• Customer focus – ability to keep the needs of customer front of mind with every initiative
• 2 years’ experience OEM Mfg. environment
• Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel)
• Basic HVAC/R knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Superior organization

Responsabilités

• Prepare customer bid packages
• Determine customer product needs such as upselling options, margins, costs, product type
• Configure complex products within internal software to provide quotations
• Manage orders throughout the full sales cycle from quotes to installation
• Responsible for price quotations and/or orders
• Reconcile pricing discrepancies to confirm purchase order
• Liaise with internal Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Planning, TAG, and Production to determine technical feasibility of new products and configuration options
• Partner with finance, shipping, and production to clear credit issues and maintain communication with external customers, regional sales manager, and dealers
• Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing conduit
• Collaborate with all internal departments, answering questions regarding orders, customer specifications, and opportunities for assigned account(s)
• Provide order status updates to external customers, regional sales managers, and dealers
• Participates in customer visits to contribute to presentations, process clarification, etc.
• Create and maintain general work instruction and customer specification documents for accounts
• Other duties as assigned
