Technical Account Representative (Vernon)

$75,000-$90,000 annually DOE

Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm

A leading packaging printer in Vernon is seeking a Technical Account Representative to manage customer accounts from quoting through delivery. This role works with customers, sales, and production teams to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and meet customer expectations.

Technical Account Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and provide excellent service.
• Review quotes, orders, specifications, and production requirements.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and order details.
• Track projects through production and delivery.

Technical Account Representative Requirements:
