Job summary

WonderBotz in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Technical Account Manager to extend the client's technical team, design and deliver UiPath automation solutions, and ensure solutions run effectively across customer environments. You will collaborate with business and technical specialists to deliver value and maintain high-quality service.

You will be involved in pre- and post-sales support, gather customer feedback, and help identify new features or products while driving health checks and proactive needs

Qualifications

• Mastery or strong desire to master UiPath and other leading RPA tools.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language among .NET, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL.
• Strong reading of process-flow tools and basic data integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an extended part of the client’s technical team to ensure automation solutions run effectively.
• Design and deliver UiPath solutions in line with WonderBotz standards and best practices.
• Provide mentoring and performance guidance to your team to improve service delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UiPath solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. Expected Activities

• Support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Provide developers with customers’ feedback and contribute to the identification and creation of new features or products
• Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
• Deliver periodic reviews with customers (e.g., Health checks) and proactively analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
• Collaborate cross-departmentally within UiPath to establish and communicate best practices
• Build and manage a passionate, customer-centric, outcome-driven team to deliver upon your portfolio
• Ensure the quality of your team's service delivery, operations, and relationship management
• Provide mentoring, career development, and performance management to guide the continuous improvement of your team

Qualifications And Skills

• Have mastered or strongly desired to master a leading RPA tool (UiPath a must, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), including advanced RPA vendor certification
• At least one year of hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools). More senior developers should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of this hands-on experience
• Reasonably proficiency in reading Microsoft Office Visio or other equivalent process flow-charting tools or workflow-based logic
• Extra - Any prior work or academic experience with Document management and processing tools (e.g., Kofax, ABBYY, Data Cap), Data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Microsoft SSIS), Technical automation tools (e.g., shell scripting, PHP), or Business process management tools (e.g., Pega)
