Job summary

Farabaugh Engineering & Testing, part of Certerra, is seeking a motivated Client Manager in Pittsburgh area to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout testing, inspection, engineering, and certification processes.

You will coordinate testing programs, prepare proposals, manage schedules, and ensure an exceptional client experience from inquiry to final report, working with manufacturers, architects, engineers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or engineering.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout testing and certification process.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for services.
• Coordinate testing schedules with teams and clients.
• Manage multiple client projects with timely status updates.
• Identify opportunities for additional testing and engineering services.
• Maintain accurate project and customer data in CRM.
