Job Scope

The Technical Account Manager provides account management and technical support to customers, acting as the primary technical contact to support sales and marketing activities. The role involves project management, project design, and proactive account management. This position is remote, based on the US East Coast to better support Northeast clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, technical, and product advice to customers, including project inquiries and price quotes.
• Analyze customer needs, troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and recommend additional services or products.
• Identify potential concerns and make recommendations based on current and future customer needs.
• Maintain communication with customers and coordinate with technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth.
• Organize and deliver training and presentations for internal sales and external distributors.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant life science discipline (e.g., cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, peptide therapeutics).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and action-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
