Job Scope:
The Technical Account Manager provides account management and high-level technical support to customers, serving as the primary technical source for supporting sales/marketing activities. Technical Account Managers take full responsibility for the daily operation of customer service functions to strengthen customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The focus of work is in project management, project design, and proactive account management.
While this role is remote, we are seeking someone based on the East Coast of the US to be able to better provide support to our Southeast clients.
