Transform client success with your expertise! As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our manufacturing industry clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with leaders and technologists from strategic accounts, understanding their business operations and use of Epicor's products, and providing recommendations and assistance to maximize their investment in Epicor. We are seeking applicants with a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.

What you will be doing:

  • Leverage deep technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and software architecture to provide expert guidance to SaaS/Cloud clients.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our SaaS products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of software integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements, provide technical solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their operational objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to assess their unique needs and develop customized software solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure efficient and effective utilization of our products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with the Cloud Ops and technical support teams to resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product development and enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Whatyou will likely bring:

  • 15+ years progressive experience anddemonstratedsuccess/knowledge.
  • 5+ years of specialized/industry experience.
  • Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and related software products.
  • Excellent account management, communication skills, and executive presence; demonstrated ability to build relationships with multiple levels of an account, with the goal of being perceived as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Able to successfully navigate ambiguity and successfully execute in a fast-paced environment.
