Remote United States (Up to 50% Travel)
$130k-150k base DOE (Up to 250- 300 OTE)
Our data consulting client is looking for an experienced sales account manager that is driven, positive, passionate, collaborative, and excels at client relationship building.
Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will create trusted relationships with key decision makers at existing clients and act as services advisor to retain and grow these clients. The focus of this role is sell additional services through extensions and expansions of the current book of business (SOW based). They will work closely with Sales and Delivery leaders/teams to capitalize on the client’s brand awareness and track record of success.
They will focus on gaining a clear understanding of the levers to pull with a client, including where budget is allocated (or can be made available), processes to acquire funding, and fiscal timing. They will recommend new areas of opportunity in service offerings that are adjacent or attainable add-ons to current offerings and are accountable to propose and close business following company standards.
They will advise the Head of Delivery and/or CRO on client status, escalate issues, arrange top-to-top conversations, and be accountable for delivering related metrics. They will work with the Delivery team to ensure services sold are aligned to services delivered and that both meet the stated and unstated needs of the client.
