Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will provide hands-on technical services to Datadog's largest customers, supporting adoption and guiding outcomes across the full product suite.

You’ll collaborate with product management, engineering, and services teams, advise on best practices, and participate in business reviews with customers. A strong IT operations background and cloud platform proficiency are required.

Qualifications

Hands-on IT Operations experience.
Proficiency with AWS, Azure or GCP.
Scripting skills in Python/JavaScript/Ruby/Go/GoP or similar.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Willingness to travel up to 20% and sit onsite when required.
Previous TAM or cloud-focused customer success experience.

Responsibilities

Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers across pre-sales, post-sales, and renewals.
Analyze customers' IT Operations environments to maximize Datadog value.
Advocate for customers by mapping goals to product adoption and configuration needs.
Prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
Collaborate with product, engineering and services teams to identify new features and opportunities.
