Job summary

Seerist is seeking an experienced customer success professional to support a current military client in Fayetteville, NC. You will act as the subject matter expert on the Seerist platforms, delivering training and analytics to ensure platform adoption and client satisfaction.

This onsite role requires strong relationship-building and the ability to manage a high-touch client portfolio across defense and government sectors.

Qualifications

Possess a current TS clearance (SCI preferred but not required).
Have in-depth knowledge of analytical functions in the defense, intelligence, or federal civilian sectors.
Have experience harnessing PAI software and/or account management experience.
Experience working directly with high-touch customers, communicating value of Seerist’s platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as the matter expert on the Seerist platforms and showcase value to client.
Be onsite for client support (Mon-Fri).
Develop a strong understanding of the client’s mission and provide training and analytical support.
Capture and provide client feedback for development and production teams.
Manage a client portfolio through platform use, API use, and ESRI services; drive retention and growth.
