Job Description:

We seek a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our North America Customer Success team. The TAM will serve as a technical expert, guiding customers through their maturity journey, resolving issues, and helping achieve security and threat intelligence goals. You will leverage your technical knowledge of CTI and SecOps, understand customer environments, and promote effective use of the Anomali Platform. Responsibilities include monitoring usage, creating dashboards, making best practice recommendations, demonstrating ROI, and providing feedback to internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an expert user of the Anomali Platform to ensure customer success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Address technical requests and proactively resolve issues
  • Provide technical guidance for successful platform adoption
  • Manage customer expectations and advocate for their needs
  • Track key metrics and communicate progress
  • Coordinate with onboarding, support, engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and feature enhancements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience if no degree
  • 5+ years in customer success, solutions engineering, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Experience with SIEM products (Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, etc.), SOAR, Firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security logs
  • Strong networking knowledge and proficiency with operating systems and log telemetry
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, JIRA
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
