The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a senior-lev el attorney to support a broad range of commercial, strategic and technology-driven matters. You will draft, negotiate and review complex contracts and align legal risk with business goals in a global environment.

With 7–10 years of experience, you will partner with multiple stakeholders to enable transactions, oversee due diligence responses, and contribute to strategic initiatives while upholding DTCC’s high standards

Competenze

7–10 years as a practicing attorney.
J.D. from an accredited law school; current U.S. bar admission.
At least 5 years of transactional experience, including lead drafter and negotiator.

Mansioni

Provide legal guidance to DTCC businesses on transactional matters including customer agreements, partnerships, new product offerings.
Review, draft and negotiate contracts (data, software, licenses, SaaS, development, partnerships, marketing, services).
Advise on legal and contractual aspects of responses to due diligence requests, RFIs and RFPs.
Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, procurement, finance to support transaction execution and risk-based decisions.
Improve standard form agreements, contract processes and legal policies in collaboration with the General Counsel’s Office.
Support strategic transactions (M&A, divestitures, investments, joint ventures) including diligence, drafting and closing support.
Collaborate with DTCC colleagues in Europe and APAC for consistency across businesses.
Handle other legal matters or ad-hoc projects as requested by leadership.
