Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product portfolio strategy and roadmap, aligning investments with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, capital allocation, and resource decisions to maximize growth, profitability, and customer value.
• Own product lifecycle management, including new product development, commercialization, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life planning.
• Drive product line performance by achieving revenue, margin, pricing, and market share objectives.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable product strategies and business plans.
• Partner across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver business results and successful product outcomes.

Hexcel is currently seeking a Director - Product Management, Aerospace Honeycomb Core for our Casa Grande, AZ location. The Director is a strategic business leader responsible for defining and executing product portfolio strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer value.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
