Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a data solutions expert to serve client needs by aligning data files with identity solution use cases and overseeing onboarding for new clients.

You will support the Sales team in pursuing opportunities, monitor ongoing client solutions for issues, and develop deep knowledge of identity solution offerings while complying with security requirements for ePHI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in technical account management or customer success.
• 3+ years in advertising or marketing technology.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data platforms.
• Knowledge of data transfer protocols, including SFTP.
• Understanding of audience-building fundamentals.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of data transfer protocols, including SFTP
• Basic understanding of audience‐building fundamentals and terminology
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
