Summary

As a Technical Account Manager at Rock Technology, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships and ensuring their IT needs are met effectively. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and technical support, contributing directly to our mission of being a one-stop shop for all IT services.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their technical needs and concerns.
  2. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and IT requirements.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client expectations.
  4. Provide pre-sales support by demonstrating product capabilities and assisting in proposal development.
  5. Analyze client systems and processes to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  6. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that arise.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
  8. Prepare regular reports on account status, including performance metrics and service delivery.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in a technical account management or similar role within the IT industry.
  2. Strong level of professionalism.
  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, security and networks.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  5. Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in pre-sales activities preferred.
  6. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  7. Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail and quality service delivery.
