Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to cultivate high‑profile client relationships and deliver customized services aligned with customer needs.

The role collaborates with sales and support teams to ensure long‑term partner success, handling aftermarket sales, outreach, and CRM management. This intermediate‑level sales position involves cross‑department collaboration, training, and ongoing support for key accounts across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in general sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Confident phone presence and professional email communication skills.
• Ability to virtually present our products and offerings.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for engineering, training, and software services.
• Identify sales opportunities through research and outreach.
• Expand company presence within the industry.
• Conduct product training webinars for customers and prospects.
• Consult with customers as a technical resource on product offerings.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and services.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and inquiries promptly.
• Provide general customer service for existing and new accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Grow the customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
• Promote services and products including training programs and software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs across departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
