Job summary

Vantor is seeking a seasoned Training Program Manager with a strong background in training curriculum development and analysis for a growing number of customer requirements. You will lead efforts to update training materials and delivery for the IC Science and Technologies mission.

You will work closely with IC counterparts, DIE, and industry partners to ensure cutting-edge S&T methodologies are applied. DoD/IC experience and ability to obtain CI Poly are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with TechINT data from multiple sources and producing reports.
• Ability to develop training materials and professional development requirements.
• Experience presenting briefing materials to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office's effort to review and revise training materials and delivery.
• Collaborate with IC counterparts, industry, and academia to stay current.
• Provide SME expertise to government leadership on training program management.
